Guys, If a guy that I was talking with sat near me even thoughthere were other seats what is he up to? He now has a girlfriend but why is he looking?

In my tutorial class at school he sat on the seat right in front of me and kept looking up at me if I would look back or not but didn't say anything.. we literally keep seeing each other by coincidence and he keeps giving me a longing look.. what is he up to?

Why wouldn't he say anything. Why didn't you say "Hey" when you were seated? That's what he was waiting for. He made first contact and risked but you did not respond back. And he made first eye contact over and over and Big NOTHING from you. I would think that you do not like me... and I would not waste another stare on you.

You need to speak, smile, and/or soft eyes if he does look your way again... last chance.
