Why does this guy who has a girlfriend keep looking at me?

Sometimes she comes alone to pickup her kids from school and sometimes her boyfriend comes too. When he comes he hangs back just out of her view and we catch eyes. He isn't really attractive at all but he looks every chance he gets. When she moves or talks he's all into her so she's unaware. Why is he doing this? He doesn't smile or anything

Frankly, it sounds like you're over thinking it. What if he's a car guy and in the distance behind where you tend to stand a nice car is sitting with a for sale sign on the windshield. Or perhaps he is looking, but this doesn't automatically mean he's interested in you. During my marriage I looked at many women in my day to day and I wasn't attracted to any of them, some were like train wrecks. You know you should look away, but you can't. Perhaps you're a train wreck 🤷‍♂️

Just cause she’s prettier doesn’t mean she’s perfect. For every hot looking girl out there, there’s one man who despises her. Like they say one man’s “trash” is another man’s treasure. Maybe he’s been w her a while that he’s lost that spark for her or she’s a complete bitch to him. He may be acting that way toward her in front of you because he’s trying to keep her attention off of her noticing that he’s checking you out. Maybe he’s trying to make you jealous in a way.
