Did the father just vanish in this situation or uninvolved? Because why is the child be raised by the ex wife and a new partner, man or woman? Sounds like he should be worrying about himself as a parent. But assuming he is involved then he shouldn’t care what the ex does as long as it doesn’t bring any harm to their child. Her sexual orientation doesn’t take away from her ability to parent, and if she has another woman around the child then I hope she introduced her after adequate time and picked a good person.

A broken court system might leave me with little choice but if I have a say in it absolutely not.
I come from a very family oriented culture meaning I don't easily walk away from my own kid.

That being said I do recognize that maybe my kid is better off with his mother assuming I'm not able to provide all the needs but still I'm not gonna stand idly by while my own kid is raised in a normalized gay environment
