What’s the age difference between you and your partner? And also, what do you think should be the ideal age difference between partners?
5 years is the age gap in my relationship, she is younger than me. I think 15 years is excessive, and 20+ is considered predatory in my book.
Ideally, I don't think there is a specific min/max gap between two adults, some folks act more/less mature than their age. As long as both people are happy and not toxic with each other, I'm not perturbed by what they do.
I will however be visibly disgusted when I witness a couple's age gap so large that one can pass as a child of the other.

3 years. I have heard of both the man or the women being 50 years older... that is about the max age difference. Typically, the guy is usually older. If you want to enjoy your spouse the most, it is better for the woman to be older, as they typically live longer.

rn i'm single but for the people i was with it was like at most 1 year difference but generally really the same age. i think ideally you dont want more than like 2-3 years apart unless your like grown grown and the younger person is also like not barely an adult or something
I don't think age difference comes into it, but things like music, interest, and more that is the point, but I also think there should be some differences in ones life, so some space is there

I'm 5 months older then my husband
I think the effect of an age gap depends on the age and maturity levels of the individuals. I also think that generally the closer two people are in age, the more they will have in common with eachother.
I'm 25 going for 26, she's 29 going for 30.
I'd say that five years is the maximum ideal age gap, but that said, it shouldn't be set in stone.
I am six years older than my wife.
There is no ideal age range. As long as both are of legal age and the relationship works, the age is less than relevant.

I'm just about six years older than my wife. Before I met her, I'd usually preferred to be within two or three years.
7 years, but I don't act my age, so it works out perfectly!😊
My partner and I are 6 years apart. I’d say that’s probably the cutoff for it.
He's 3 months older.
There is no ideal, it's different for everyone. Strong believer in the 25 rule though.
One year apart
The biggest age gap for me was 5 years. My husband is two years and ten months old than me.
A day or 31.5 hours something. I was born on April 28 at 2 AM and she was born on April 29 at around 9-9.30 AM, same year.
My last girlfriend was a little less than six years older than I am. (she was born August 16, 1989 and I was born July 4, 1995). The ideal is whatever works for the couple.
She is 4 years younger. I don't think there is a "should", although it's much more typical when there is an age difference that the many is older. My mom is 9 years younger than my dad.
I don't think age has anything to do with it what you should be worried about is compatibility and how he or she treats you
I’m single now but I tend to go for guys 5+ years older than me.
almost 9 years.
not really sure, it matters less the older you get.Five months. I think no more than a ten year age difference.
