Can you tell me some stuff about your relationship?

It’s seems like more than 80% of conflicts arise from either lack of communication or miscommunication. So, it’s super super important for you and your partner to communicate with each other frequently and in a healthy way.


Don’t trust your paranoia. Don’t trust your insecurities. Don’t trust your fears. But DO trust your gut. It’s an important but nuanced type of intuition that will also serve you will when it comes to relationships. If a relationship doesn’t sit right with you for some reason, either fix it or leave it. You gut (if you’re well attuned to it) will not steer you wrong.


Whenever you have conflicts, face them as a team. It’s not you vs them. It’s you and them (as a team) vs the problem or challenge.


Shared values are very important, because important life decisions should be based on your values, and if you two are not on the same page, this can lead to a breakdown of the relationship.


Trust and vulnerability are necessary for a relationship to grow. If you cannot trust them or they cannot trust you, then whoever is distrustful is not ready for a relationship.


Both men and women are capable of evil. Do not demonize an entire gender if you are hurt by an individual. Prevent that from happening by looking for someone of good character and virtues.


Sustainability is a must. If there are problems that are not resolved that are putting a strain on your relationship. Think about what if these same problems were left unresolved, forever. Is it a relationship you would stay in? If not, then it is a MUST for those problems to be resolved because if not, it will lead to the inevitable end of the relationship.


It’s not 50/50. It’s 100/100. Don’t keep score. Just love. If you can both do that for each other, your relationship will thrive much more than if one or both of you is always keeping score.


Embrace growth and share a vision of continually bettering your relationship. Let that be a shared goal of yours, and that will always help lead the relationship to a better and better place.


The perfect relationship is not stumbled upon. The perfect relationship is cultivated and grown, like a beautiful garden that you are growing together.

Hmm, I don't know about that but at least I couldn't handle a girl turning me down for at least seven years. Oddly proud of it, i should stop bragging about it

Nevermind, I shouldn't have said it. i meant i asked a girl out. She turned me down. I got hurt and couldn't get her out for seven years... foolishness you can say. But now I am fine.
