I don’t start but I do enjoy watching it unwind like a too tightly wound clock.

u +1 yThere’s no set physical age. It more about mental maturity and mental age. After you’ve been through a lot of drama and BS you learn to just sit back and not get involved. But some people never learn and you can be in your 50’s and still get involved in drama.

+1 yIt has always my philosophy. I avoided drama as young as I remember.
Now I don’t sit back. When my mom tried something…I stop her. So that all us 4 siblings don’t get into silly nonsense by her.01 Reply

+1 yI do it now. There’s a running joke between my bestie and I with the song ‘Clowns to the left of me, jokers to the right. Here I am, stuck in the middle with you.’

Yeah and laugh.
- +1 y
Yeah, so true. I don’t even have to go far to meet them. They just seem drawn to me.

Sometimes it used to annoy me but eventually, I accepted that my life won’t ever be normal, so things like nutty gfs of my friend, a psychopathic woman and a stalker, fixating on me, multiple clowns and jokers and crazy situations that people who don’t know me don’t believe, are going to happen forever. Why? I have no idea. It’s like God decided he needed a good laugh, so he deliberately put these people and situations in my life.
- +1 y
Oh well, you’re right. We might as well laugh. Whenever I used to get upset about all this stuff happening to me, my bestie would point out that I can’t change it, so I might as well get my kicks from it. So now I just laugh.

What kinds of assorted fruits and nuts have you discovered? Or rather, they discover you, don’t they? You’re like a hostage.
- +1 y
True. I just call the nutties here ‘bunny boiling abusers;’ they don’t know where to go with that lol
- +1 y
Oh yeah, occasionally I’ve set them up for my own amusement. I totally agree. I only do it if the person is a real abusive arsehole though.
- +1 y
I don't set them up per se, I just state my case while acknowledging and validating other perspectives.
IRL, my friends and I will sometimes share articles about crazy people just for laughs.
There was this one man who tried to sue a lady for SGD $3 million (2.23m USD) just because she refused to be exclusive with him😂😂
Watching a nutcase try to prove a point is like watching a squirrel trying to break into a squirrel-proof birdfeeder. - +1 y
Yeah, I heard about that too. He must be insane or insanely stupid. It’s insulting the squirrel’s intelligence to make that comparison.
- +1 y
I read about it online.
- +1 y
Was he successful?
- +1 y
Well I doubt so. How did it get around online though? I would think its not something people outside my region would know about. Either way I pity his lawyer.
there's also people who are absolutely nonsensical. I know a couple people who tried to drink concentrated sodium hydroxide. - +1 y
That’s nutty

There’s so many occasions. One when my friend’s bipolar girlfriend was accusing me of sleeping with my male friend, whom I never was attracted to and there was this psychopathic mutual friend, ringing me up, making up crazy stories about the two of them. It wasn’t until my friend showed me the text messages of his where she was commenting that I said the sex we’d had was the best I’d ever had (we never had sex). She was basically jealous of us all and everyone believed her and felt stupid for that.

Then there was the time I went into the city and ended up dragged through security to see the pope for free by some guy twice my age that was hitting on me. I was minding my own business. It just happened.

There was the time that a rich guy wouldn’t date me because I didn’t go to private schools and mutual friends were trying to help by trying to figure out what my parents’ house is worth, so that I might better appeal to this guy. Apparently he accused me of liking him to get his fortune and I told him through mutual friends that he could take his rusty old biscuit tins from the op shop and shove them and his fortune up his arse.

All the situations were. I felt a bit sorry for some of these people who were clearly unwell, but they were quite amusing. I told my bestie about it all and she was loving the matchmaking thing. None of these 3 guys were too bright really. I was furious with all three but she said she was having a field day over it.
- +1 y
That guy is insecure lol. Plus it should be easy to see who is after your money and who ain't. Obviously the one who agrees with everything even if it goes against her interest, is more likely to be after your assets.
One of the dudes who tried to drink the sodium hydroxide ended up dating a friend of mine, because he had a bet with his friends that they owed him like a thousand or so bucks if he could get a girlfriend. This girl also happens to have a history of getting together with screwed up guys too. I'm currently trying to keep her away from relationships. She just ain't ready. - +1 y
Then there was the time when I took *Jack* out with me to a meetup activity and he kept telling everyone how disabled he was.

My bestie loved it. Another occasion where a lesbian tried to sit on my lap when I was out with friends.
- +1 y
LOL to your story

Ah Aspergers! I used to know someone else with Aspergers as well. Dude was a little weird, but he was a nice person. Quite smart too. I knew him from my Co-curricular Activity back in secondary school (middle to lower high school for y'all), and he was a great performer (we were from the Drama Club).
I do feel bad for intentionally mentioning one of his triggers because I did not really understand his condition back then. He did get quite agitated, for reasons I still do not know. Besides that, the thing I remember most about him was his love for the subway system. He loved the trains.
As to that girl, she seems to have daddy issues of some sort. Her dad is a scumbag cheater. - +1 y
Lol true

Yes indeed
