My boyfriend has very old friends?

Uh... this is weird. Im gonna be 36 in a month he is 45

We went to his friends bday today, he is 53, and all the people were from 50 to 75

Me and my boyfriend were the youngest

I felt weird and confused, im not used to hang out with old people

How to handle this?

Meet and get to know them. Once you get past the teen years, age starts mattering a whole lot less, especially in terms of who you're socially "allowed" to interact with.

That's completely normal honestly. I can have the same conversation with a 30yo that I have with a 50/60 yo. I'm an adult who can hold an adult conversation. 🤷

talk to them like you would anyone else or like you would an older cousin or a parent. i don't have friends that old and i'm the same age as him

The youngest is 49 in this group of friends
My boyfriend is ex heroin addict
His friends his age he used to hang out all were his age are druggies
