So I work in the same company with a guy but we just started working together in November. Before November we had not met. From November until two weeks ago we had not met in person. He was flirty with me initially and was friendly and starring at me when I met him two weeks ago but today he completely ignored me. Could he be feeling overwhelmed and the prospect that of having feelings for me? And should I not talk to him until he makes contact and starts being friendly again? He is in his mid 30s.

There could be so many reasons why he stopped being flirty.


Does he have a wife that u may not know about? (I don't know how well u know him)
Are you not reciprocating?
Did you say/ do something that may have hurt his feelings?
Is he in a new relationship?
Is he recovering from a family tragedy?


I don't know I would just ask him why he’s been acting off lately? If u have feelings for him, ask him out. Life is way too short.
