There is no such thing as a universally "good" or "bad" personality, as everyone's individual traits and characteristics can be viewed positively or negatively depending on the situation and context. What is important is that your personality is authentic and true to yourself, and allows you to live a fulfilling and healthy life.
While some aspects of personality may be more difficult to change than others, it is possible to work on developing and improving certain traits and behaviors. For example, if you struggle with social anxiety or shyness, you can work on developing social skills and techniques to help you feel more comfortable in social situations. If you tend to be pessimistic or negative, you can work on cultivating a more positive outlook and focusing on gratitude and positivity.
It's also important to keep in mind that personality is not fixed and can change over time. Life experiences, personal growth, and new challenges can all shape and influence our personalities, allowing us to develop new strengths and characteristics. Ultimately, the key to a healthy and positive personality is to strive for self-awareness, authenticity, and personal growth.
Changing ones personality is possible, although it's one of the most difficult things to change about yourself. Often it comes with immense risks because you would essentially be changing who you are. How you see yourself on a core level and deep seated beliefs, world views as well.
