I have many assumptions about why a 25-year-old man would want a 33-year-old woman. They range from her being dead sexy to him needing a place to stay with no job. I would need a lot more context to be certain of anything at all though.

Do they have same life goals? If they mean this to be serious they need to have proper conversations fast (kids, where live, lifestyle expectations). 33 yr old may not have time to waste if they want a family.
