Girls, how important is a relationship to you?

Just wondering if modern movements have changed how woman view relationships. Both romantic and non romantic type relationships.

A variety of relationships are important for different reasons : eg friendships / close friends - they essentially are your cheer team - they have got you when you are right or wrong. Relationship with a partner: they the guiding force to your future this person is someone you choose to be in your life. The relationship you have with your self : the utmost important one - end of the day you lay day in your bed and that self talk and inner you has got to be right. If it isn’t your screwed. Parental relationships- they love you unconditionally even when you don’t love your self. They your soft place to land or supposed to be - same with Siblings relationships.

I had a break up 9 months ago.

At this point I feel happy with my life. Two months ago, I missed cuddling, being loved and all.

Now the only thing I miss is sex, it’s a pity I am young and don’t have a partner, but I am not willing to compromise on my standards, just to get that.

I am not having sex out of a relationship and I am not actively searching for a relationship right now. I am just happy where I am.

Well, not having a partner is not a pity, I formulated that in a wrong way. It’s a pity that I am young, fertile woman and don’t have sex. But I can’t do it another way, I just can’t have sex without feelings and all.

Non romantic relationships are far more important to me. I’d rather have a good friend group and family than a partner but I wouldn’t say I don’t want one. My boyfriend and me are very happy and I adore him but I wouldn’t say it’s because I want a relationship, it’s because I want him🤷‍♀️

They're very important to me. I see relationships as a way of connecting with other human beings, to grow, to love and to be loved. Without relationships (romantic and/or non romantic) life sounds meaningless to me.
