When people leave me on read I get so upset bc I would keep talking but they stop why do I feel this way? I don't know why?

So, are you one who has to have the last word? Since you are left on read it means that he had the last word. Is that why you are so upset? Looking for the reason you get upset means looking at you and your behavior. This may not be it but the question has to be asked.

I use to feel this way. But then I realized I control half the conversation. I’m someone that matches energy so if I know somebody has read my message and left me on read for days or hours. I usually do the same to them when they have an urgent question or need a rapid response. Or just wants to talk. Hey we all busy I get that.

Leaving someone on read isn't nice in general but i wouldn't let it make you super upset, maybe annoyed
