Why everyone ignore me and I feel lonlely and sad?

I'm 19 and doing my college studies. I often feel sad and think I'm unattractive cus no girls initiate a conversation with me and I also wish I had a girlfriend 😔

no idea what you look like but obviously what anyone sees first is your looks but even if you aren't the best looking, having confidence and a good personality is also good enough, or just try different settings to talk to girls including in your college and going out

Girls probably won’t initiate a conversation. As a man, you’re supposed to initiate. Go up to them and talk to them. Learn to flirt. Practice, and when you fail, learn from those failures so you’ll be better in the future.

Secondly, make yourself more attractive. Lift weights, get a good nights sleep, greatly curtail time spent on digital addictions (video games, porn, social media, inter alia). Eat a better diet. Dress better. Get a great haircut and/or facial hair. Groom yourself better. Wear nice cologne. Ensure your hygiene is on point. Make more money.

Diligently work on these and you’ll get better. But only you will make yourself better. It doesn’t fall into your lap.

Just start being a friendly guy to polish your social skills, strike up conversatuons with anyone willing to talk. Bw nice to everyone but warry of users, have boundries and stand up for yourself when abused. Once you start down this path be ready for success, expect it and go for it when it presents. You don't have to be attractive to make girls interested in talking to you. Most girls don't initiate conversation. Why don't you try to initiate instead? Smile, be nice.. try to talk about test, studies or anything you find interesting like movies.. Also it depends why no one approach approached. Maybe you give off that vibe that says "I want to be left alone" Just work on your confidence and approach.

This is where many people get into bad relationships bc they seek attention and validation in the wrong places. Focus on your life and what makes you happy, do the things you enjoy doing. Meeting someone who shares similar interests in that area will be suited to be a better partner than aimlessly chasing after women who are turned off or are indifferent.
