Did my fiance like my sister?

one time he was randomly calling my sister to ask her a couple of things and kept doing again untill my sister told him she was busy with her kids.

There were also other times he would ask me about her oftely.

There was also a drawing of my sister that another artist drew and compared his drawings with mine and said his was better (i don't have any drawings of me but drawing of other things)..

Was I being insecure or paranoid? The relationship lasted one year and 3 months. I recently broke up with him a few months ago.
