I recently started a new Job. There Are two married coworkers (with Kids) training me who seem very Fond of Each other. They always have Lunch together, know each others adresses, always Stare a Bit too Long at each other, ignore everyone Else around Them and try to find reasons to Talk in private.
I think they Are Having an affair and am Wondering why they Make it so obvious to everyone and don’t feel the need to be more discreet. I am also very disapponted and triggered since Both of them have spouses and kids at Home they will Not leave anytime soon. Do you think my assumption is correct? And how can you usually Tell if two coworkers Are having an affair?

Why do you care about this, and why is it any of your business?
1. Because they ignore me during Meetings that Are dedicated to Training me
2. Because it Makes me lose Trust and Hope in People and loyalty in General. I already have Trust issues
1. Who else is in the meetings that are supposed to train you, and who runs them? How long have you had this job?
2. The second problem - hope and trust - is your problem, not theirs. They are not obligated to make you more trusting and hopeful.
Both of them but they Are too busy and horny flirting with each other
How long have you had this job?
2 months. both of them know that I need more training but refuse to do it because they would rather keep lusting over each other
If you complain to anyone about this you are going to lose your job. What is the job, anyway?
Why does it matter what the Job is?
Because if it isn't that technical or difficult, the training may not matter.
It is as technical as it Gets
Ok. If you complain after only two months, you will get fired. Just stick it out, do the best you can, and then try to do the job as well as you can when the training finishes.
However - starting now - also begin looking for a new job as you will probably need one at some point. There is no easy solution for this problem.
You Are probably Right. Thanks, i will try to Stick it out and ignore Them While Looking for a new Job
