In a 6 years relationship. It became distant because of her study and she grew more individualistic and became very cold, reserved and sensetive. So it’s frustrating. Feels like I’m busting my ass off to not throw the 6 years of love to the bin, while she’s having doubts and is not honest about it!

Indeed. Then I have to be someone's girlfriend (a trial period basically) once again and risk a chance of it then leading towards another break-up, another waste of time. There is a slim it'll lead to a proposal. Only he decides on that. Otherwise it goes nowhere and I would have to end it.
