If your significant other got you involved with a crime that you did not want to be a part of what would you do?

My friends boyfriend went on a gas station robbery spree and then went on the run with my friend basically held captive. CCTV footage of them has been released and because my friend is in the CCTV footage the police are treating her as some horrible criminal when I know for a fact that she would not want to be involved in something like that because she has a 3 month old baby at home. What would you do if you found yourself in my friends position?

It would probably be in her best interest to take the baby, attend the police station and be completely open and honest about the whole thing. From that point she is probably best staying with a friend or family member, in the interest of both herself and the baby. She of course will need to seek legal advice and representation with this too. What an awful situation to find yourself thrown into! 😳

i dont think i can really say much here, i wasn't any different, the only difference is i never took it out on innocent people but i mean i can't really say much cause my past would make me a hypocrite but i guess depends on the crime

If she knew about the crime before hand she should had reported it to the authorities. Thus, it makes her an accomplice. If she did not know about the crimes then she shouldn’t be saying anything and find herself a lawyer. If she can’t afford one the government will asinine her a public lawyer.

Tbh... id turn my own kids in. Depends on the level of the crime. Unpaid speeding tickets aren't a reason. I'm talking major crime. Its called tough love.
