We are not married or engaged yet
We have talked about it though…
But now we have a baby daughter..
And have to register her name soon
Should I put her last name to my last name or his last name?

Congratulations! Like the others, I would also say her dad’s last name given the options. But you could also give her a hyphenated last name- very modern and it gives her the identity of both of her parents.
Do you see him around in 10 years? Do you see him paying for college and taking the family off vacations? If not, your name. If so, his name. Ask him about getting married. Who will claim the child for a tax credit? Lots of good questions need to be answered first before you make your decision.
Since you are not married, use your last name. If you eventually get married, you can always change it to his name if you want.
What does he think? And what do you think? That's more important than random strangers' opinions.

Is there wedding bells in the near future? Did he sign the birth certificate? Think he will stick around and help raise his daughter?
I wouldn’t hyphenate her last name. That is my opinion.
Ultimately, you have the final say in this matter.
His last name. If you marry this guy, and take his last name for yourself, it will be easier for your daughter as she will already have the family name. Easier for her parents, too.
Why not a double barrelled name? Dedicate her name to both mum and dad.
Whichever name you like the most/fits the best with her first name.
If you're not married I would put it as your last name unless you have a wedding date set, then I'd put it in his name
I would put his last name if I were in your shoes.
If you can't decide you can give her both with a hyphen
It should’ve been registered right there at the hospital. Of course you put it in the husbands name the child.
Challenge him into some game, and who wins gets the last name.
Make something up and then tell your child that they are adopted.
1. Do you want it to have his name. 2. If so does he want it to have his name?
the prettiest last name
both same as any married women does both
Bith? Put them together?
totally your decision!
