Do you guys think that treating your woman well and making her feel safe makes a big difference in relationship?

I don't want to point that women need to be treated well while men don't, I stand for equality in a relationship but there will always be a difference between men and women and we may need different things from each other in order to be happy. In my relationship I have to numb my feelings as much as possible to keep the peace and to avoid being hurt and I'm just so done with that. So I'd like to know other men opinion om this.

The thing is, most women don't know the definition of "treating your woman well". Some think that a man paying for everything and spoiling them is a way of affection, which is incorrect. You would be surprised to see how much women are willing to stay in abusive relationships because they enjoy lavish lives. On the other hand, you have women who think they have to pretend or put up a facade to please their men. Men are not stupid. Women subconsciously show men the type of women they are, and men decide how to treat you from there. To answer your question, yes. Making a woman relax and feel safe makes a huge difference. It allows communication to be a breeze.

The problem is so many women are addicted to drama that feeling "loved and safe" is boring to them. This is exactly why women cheat on good men with thugs. The biggest power a man has in a relationship is the power to WALK, and she needs to know he will WALK if she ever crosses his boundaries.

It really depends on the woman. Communication is KING. I'll fully admit I don't see everything. But it's not because I don't care. Where I think some women go wrong is just expecting men to instinctively know what they are thinking and feeling. If she communicates her need for me to feel safe and be treated well I'll do I can. But if she doesn't unfortunately she's going to have to rely on what I see. And that might not end up being enough in her eyes.

It might... I think women have a much more stringent idea about what that means than men do though, so our definition of safe isn't going to cut it for most women.
