Fiancé doesn't focus on himself whatsoever?

Hi I've been together with this amazing man for 10yrs. We have to kids and I'm 26 and he's 29. We're getting married in August 2023. He's super caring and overly protective ( presidential Bodyguard level... lol.. I'm serious). The thing is he loves to give. He'll go to the grocery store JUST to get groceries and will return with said groceries PLUS things he knows I like or may like from the same store or venture off to multiple stores. He's been doing this for 10 years. Now he's hooked on Shein lmfao. Every end of the month for the past 3 months he'll text me "What do you want from SheIn?" And I'll send him links ( he modeled me around in SheIn apparel the first time he bought from there & was saying how Hot I looked... so now he's hooked). Now for the Real matter. Since we're together I always noticed he never really spends money on himself whatsoever UNLESS I force him to, even if it's to buy new clothes to wear at home, new boxers or even a new watch or shoes... NOTHING!! it's all me, me, me, me, me!! And it makes me feel terrible at times. ( Sidenote.. I'm a stay at home mom). I would nagg about it and it doesn't change anything. He says he doesn't care how he looks because he's not looking for women or looking to attract women. What do I do?
