How do you manage messaging everyone when there are lots of people texting you?

I don’t mean guys, I mean all genders. Potential friends, friends, guys - when I have lots of messages, I struggle with time management to answer all, plus, when I engaged in one, I forget another one, nos I have so many unanswered messages from my friends and I feel very guilty.

Then I get busy and I forget again, messages only get more and more and I find it harder and harder to answer them all.

How do you manage this and how do you manage giving your time to everyone?

So, that’s a serious question “How to learn answering on time?”

The problem is, when I have lots if messages I stop opening those APPs at all, and sometimes my friends are left inattentively as well.

That sounds like a lot of messages.


You might need to start using a CRM. (Kidding. Half-kidding.)


Time-blocking works for some people—where they have a set time they will respond to messages and then once that time is up, they will move on to do other things.


Perhaps you can have 1, 2, or 3 time blocks during the day where you check your messages and respond.


As for the CRM thing I mentioned earlier… Oddly, that may actually be quite useful if you truly are getting a ton of volume of messages.


It’ll allow you to sort and organize categories, high priority, low priority, reminders, etc.


Just my initial thoughts.

Such a good idea, I’ll set 15 minutes twice a day to answer messages, I’ll not engage in too long conversations.

It’s tiresome.

I don't respond to every text or email I get, only the ones that make sense, or need a response.

I never really had that problem because not too many people ate texting me.

I just go down the list from the top. I'll do as many as I can when I have time. It might take a while to get to everyone but they will get a response sooner or later. It all depends on how busy I am
