Why would I have a dream about my cousin kissing me?

So my cousin is like 10 years older than me and I had a crush on him when I was like 3 up until the age of 6. Then because I was 6 and old enough to have common sense and actually understand relationships I stopped. I just saw him as my cousin. They moved around that time but came to visit only every few years. Then they didn’t come for years like seven to be exact then they came two years ago when I was 18. He’s always been my favorite cousin because he’s super outgoing and nice. But then last night out of the blue I had a dream of us walking and talking. I told him about how kids are to me these days like they take pictures of me with any guy they see me with and send it to my ex. I told him that they don’t know him so they wouldn’t know he’s my cousin and that they’d take a picture of us and probably send it to my ex but my ex knows him. Then out of the blue he kisses me and I was like dumbfounded but I liked it🤢 Then my parents found out about it I can’t remember how but then I called him to come and tell them why he did it and then the dream switched over to a completely different dream about my ex. Keep in mind the man is like 30 or 31 and I’m 30 turning 21, and he’s my cousin. How messed up is that!!
