every time I meet a girl and end up really liking her I learn from her that she already has a boyfriend. Yesterday I met a girl in the mall and we had the best conversation ever. She also told me that she has a boyfriend. I always respected everyones relationships and thought that if she is in a relationship she is happy. However, if I'll keep thinking this way I will remain unhappy.

Girls boyfriends are not my relatives or my friends. Then why should I care whether they are in a happy relationships or not when I am not?!?

"If you are good enough and have a better personality,she will fall for you" - its not as easy as it sounds. A first conversation lasts no longer than 5-15 minutes and its ain't easy to make a girl fall for you in that short period of time :(
