My ex unblocked me after a week since the argument, does she want to reconciliate?

Just a week ago my ex blocked me on most socials except for telegram but just two days ago she unblocked on Instagram but since her insta is private I have to follow her again to see her profile and vice versa

She got angry me due to me not getting help for my mental health after telling me multiple times to and due to us being in different countries (we meet in my country when she was a student here) she couldn't force me to go irl

I've been wanting to contact her after I've gotten enough help but now I want to just check up on her and talk to her

In my opinion, it’s a silent invitation for you to start a conversation with her. this might be an unconscious or a conscious thought while she unblocked you, but either way she wouldn’t have unblocked you if she didn’t want to talk to you anymore.

even if you two are exes, I see no harm in telling her that you’ve finally sought and received help. ask her how she’s been, and see where things go from there.
