Yes a few times with selfish lying girls’ that made me feel like i was her everything to realize she was talking out her ass and just stringing me along for her selfish behavior , Why I no longer jump into a relationship with a girl, until I feel she is in it for the long haul , Most girls’ say they want to be loved and have a man that values them and appreciates them but when she receives it, she eventually gets bored and wants someone else and acts like she is missing out on something. So I have a harder time trusting girls especially these days , it’s always great in the beginning , but as time goes on it’s a 50/50 chance on whether she is going to continue staying loving and loyal to me or if she is going to leave me for someone else. Or screw someone else. So I just learned to give what I want to receive , if I am not receiving what I am giving then I will have one foot out the door and express my feelings of concern , if nothing changes I am out. I will only settle for a girl that values me and appreciates me the same way I do for her, that knows what it means to remove selfishness for each other , that understands we need to make Each other our top priorities , if I find a girl like that I would more

I had girlfriends from the time I was 16 and was deeply infatuated with all of them.

But the first time I fell deeply in love was when I was 36. My girlfriend was 30 and she loved me, too. We lived together for over a year. Unfortunately, we could not be life partners for reasons that are too complex to explain. We separated for reasons that had nothing to do with cheating or anything mean.
Afterwards, it took me year to pull myself together and move on with my life.
I still love her, am grateful for our time together, and will never forget her.

I met my future wife when I was 40. She is 2.5 years younger than I. We got married two years later. I love her with all my heart. We've been married now for almost 26 years, had a LOT of fun and built a wonderful life together.

Still am😊! Working through our difficulties and problems generally has strengthened our love and appreciation for one another. I think there are times when it's easier to walk away versus try to rekindle the feelings you had when you first met.
