We had sex yesterday.. I still love him and he loves me. He said he not ready to get back together due to him being busy with his mom. Should I back off and move on? I really love him and didn't want to break up. Now he barely responding to my messages and bot picking up my calls

This sounds tough. On the one hand, if you really feel you still love each other, maybe there's hope to try again someday. But he's also saying he's not in the right space now.

A few thoughts - try giving him some space for a bit. Don't blow up his phone, let him breathe y'know? People need room sometimes. In the meantime, focus on you. Hang with your girls, pick up a new hobby, work out - keep yourself busy so you're not always thinking of him.

If it's meant to be, he'll likely come back around once things settle down on his end. And you'll be in an even better place. But don't just sit around waiting - live your life! Who knows, you might meet someone new that helps you realize you're better off without the drama.

Staying friends could be an option too, if you think you can handle that without always hoping for more. But my advice would be a little distance for now so you can both gain some perspective. Hope that helps - keep your head up!
