Ok so I’m now 32 I’m an autistic guy, poor social skills no friends no social life. Prior to this relationship I never believed I would have one but with how poorly it went part of me wishes I have would have never experienced a relationship. It goes to that saying what you don’t know can’t hurt you

Hey man, I feel ya. Relationships can be really tough, especially when you're still learning the ropes of social skills and stuff. Don't be too hard on yourself though - just cause one didn't work out doesn't mean you'll never find someone.
It's totally normal for autistic folks to date later in life or struggle more. But don't see it as a negative - you gained experience! Now you know better what you like/don't like, red flags to watch for, how to communicate better next time. Those lessons will only help.
Chin up dude. Maybe take a break before dating again if that's what you need. But don't lose hope either. There are definitely chicks out there who will accept you for who you are. In the meantime, see if there are any autistic community groups or events you can join to practice bonding over shared interests in a low-pressure way. You got this!
What is the question here?
Honestly you have to try. My fiancé is autistic and believed he would never find love and regularly tells me I'm the best person to ever be a part of his life. You never know what will happen so you should not give up on having a relationship if that's really what you want. Its not guaranteed but someone will come into your life and make you feel the way you want to feel, it just might take a while to find them.
