That assumes I lift weights.

I do not lift weights. I don't even go to the gym.
Body building looks gross in my opinion, and I don't have a reason to lift very heavy things.

If my metabolism were slower, and I had to go workout, then I'd be too busy watching anime while working out to care or even notice what other people are doing, and I still wouldn't be lifting weights, as the goal in that scenario would be thin, not buff.

I have this quote from my favorite bodybuilder Mike Mentzer which goes like

"The only person you can accurately compare yourself is you"

Everyone has different battles, it's better to battle yourself... be better than yourself from yesterday or last week and don't think about others
