Asked Her to Hang Out, She Said No, But going to best friend’s house on same date. Why?

4 years of long distance relationship. We meet occasionally, enjoy and have sex. planning to marry next year.

I Invited her to spend this weekend together a month ago. she declined, mentioning her period. I said let’s not have sex, but just spend some time together, watch some movies, eat good food and will take care of her. I kept on inviting her at least 10-15 times, even had argument for this and she repeatedly declined. Surprisingly, she agreed to go to a best friend's (female) place on the same date, in the same city!! I'm confused. What do u think about this behaviour?

It’s cringe tbh. Could be based on the argument , and or Could be based on infidelity. So many factors all I’d say is to take tonight to treat yourself. Go out and have yourself a good time.
