What does it mean when a guy say "I like the way you carry yourself"?

but I was conversing with an older guy and he said that he liked the way I carry myself. No guy have never told me that before and was wondering what he meant by that.

You seem mature and confident. This is something a younger guy probably wouldn't notice or think about. An older man I saw at work but barely knew thought I was older and in a much higher position than I am because of the way I carry myself. It felt damn good.
