I am not particularly superstitious, but I ended up in an unwitting relationship with someone who quite aptly fit the twin flame definition. And even though it’s been a few years, her memory still evokes strong emotions and I’ve never truly let her go. She herself often claimed we were “spiritually connected”, though I dismissed this as hopeful romanticism at the time. Our relationship was marred with intense passion and insecurity Being around her felt so comfortable yet I felt so vulnerable. I’ve yet to meet anyone quite like her and don’t think I ever will

Some people can afford to be with the one they want while others can end up miserable being unable to do so. Not all love stories are happy endings 😒. Some don't start at all

What can I say, I am a hopeless romantic 😌.
FYI, for me I had an arranged marriage/engagement that got annulled. So, I know both don't work. I don't yearn for someone perfect in looks and everything. I would forego looks for someone passionate and young at heart and loving and pious.
I am not going to accept that someone is automatically going to be toxic just because they are beautiful on the outside doesn't mean they will be ugly on the inside.

I am annoyed with those who think they are practical and just because they are getting a rich husband or beautiful wife it's just everything is in their lust and expensive mobiles. Because I am surely not going to be taking and giving bribes to be with someone who wants to live beyond the means

Arranged marriages of the past were indeed better, now they are just a market trade. I admit I am burned a lot more than I thought I can handle.

No. Love is a choice. Its not love dovey all the time like media and Hollywood wants you to think. Whoever you end up with you will have disagreements at some point you both just have to want to fix it and move forward. Its no magical twin flame stuff that we are destant for..

I have experienced a incredibly deep connection before that defied common knowledge of science, at the time I would have been certain but as you say its hard to know if things don't end the way you expect them to. Now i'm just open to whoever it is but I do long for that deepest form of love.

If its truly meant to be twin flame style I'd say the connection never 100% goes away. Part of him would have always been connected and you'd sense that. If it did go away, chances are he's not your twin. Either way I agree, because otherwise even in the case your twins it would not result in a healthy relationship. If its meant to be it will be when the time is right, but it can also be that he was similar to your twin and not the real twin.

Hard to say since its ultimately highly philosophical right? You can form incredibly deep bonds with multiple people though. We definitely have multiple soul mates and if you experienced what I experienced (I don't write that in public in to much detail and it would not be believed in general by most) I can understand why that would be incredibly confusing.

That’s right. Emotional connections is what I’ve formed and that’s what I look for is that connection and when I don’t find it I feel unsatisfied. I can’t explain it, but I hope you can make sense of what I mean.
