Women: Actually showing personality and what you bring to the table. Often relationship starts as the guy chasing and if all that goes well? Great. I won, I guess. And now here I am with this woman who likes me but who has never really done anything to make me like her.
It is a shockingly frequent problem.

Men: Being actual human beings and realizing other people are also human. Especially in the non-dating circles, its surprising how many guys have no sense of reality about women.
And as a close second; Learning to hold a relaxed conversation.

I'll take it from my perspective of young men and young women.

Young men: I think goals and priorities are a massive problem. Many young guys just live in moment and have fun and then set themselves up for issues down the line because they never planned anything. They also prioritize many other things besides their SO which they can generally see right through.

Young women: Being more direct. Young girls treat dating and sex like it's a game they play. I think they should be more deliberate and careful in their actions. This would likely avoid a lot of "toxic" relationships.

Women: be fair to men, don't have an immoral past, don't post things on social media that could harm their relationship and block anyone that flirts with them.

Men: get taller (lol), seriously though, don't party with drugs or alcohol, don't encourage behavior in women that you wouldn't want in a potential serious partner. For example, don't go to strip clubs, don't buy porn/OF, etc.

Too many women assume we're just supposed to worship them despite them bringing nothing to the table. Oh you're a moody obese bipolar who refuses to take her medication, doesn't clean up after herself, can't cook shite and gives head only on birthdays and anniversaries? Then you wonder why we're sleeping with Jenny from accounting? No you want a man who brings something to the table and we do as well. Well... we want a woman who does, not a man, but... you know.

Women need to keep their body counts low, stop being fat, stop getting tattoos and piercings, marry before they carry, be feminine, and submit to their man's authority and leadership.

Obviously many individuals all have different issues that they need to work on, but speaking in general terms:

Women: Be more supportive and stop nagging.

Men: Quit simping and grow a spine.

Women need to work on valuing themselves without men. This would allow them to actually choose better men (not just the best looking men). This would solve a majority of their problems. Most do not understand their lack of self worth precipitates most of their problems.
