What I consider highly attractive in a guy is honourable intention and modesty.

If a girl likes you, most if the time she likes your appearance a minimum. However beauty never goes a long way. She likes your personality, the way you talk with her, or at least the way you express yourself and your opinions. Some girls don't really care about that, but dressing particularly nicely and styling your hair in your everyday life may tick some boxes for some.

Of course, if she isn't stupid or mentally ill/traumatized she likes when you treat her nicely. Remembering what a girl (or anyone really) told you about herself is a sure way to make her notice that you appreciate her. For example her favorite film or book, or something she likes to eat.
