Its because in the animal kingdom the male is a leader an a man cannot be an effective leader if he is chasing behind a women but a women can apply her special skill set to help the man be the best he can be in turn him spoiling her an making her feel special. If the women lead the man now if you think about it like this it don't work cause a women leading will only seek out another man to lead her. The thing is it's not a statical thing it's a way of life not bashing on women a saying that can't be leaders cause they can but it's difficult cause women hate on other women an men will only respect her body an not her mind so her in charge she is either hated or sought after.
