Would it last longer if they started off as friends?
On average how long does it take for them to move on after breaking up?

I think it varies between people and usually does not matter the sexuality side of things. However if there was a lot of emotion connected to it, as in first time coming out, first same sex relationship etc, then that is likely harder (at a guess) due to emotional side of things. Teen relationships are a pain, you are fully messed with emotions and hormones without being in a relationship, then you get into one, that gives them a big shake, then you break up and it’s like someone threw you and your emotions, hormones down the stairs,
can be fairly quick but can also sit with you for a number of years, or parts of it can. I tended to bounce between them.
Mathematically: Maximum 7 years :D
Ah I like that answer, Mista!!! That's pretty funny ^^
We keep in touch since we were 14 years old

Teenage relationships tend to be very brief
Thank goodness
The lesbian aspect means absolutely nothing. ANY teenage relationship is statistically very unlikely to last very long. There are exceptions to all rules.
Getting cover somebody? That could take days. For some other it could take years. It’s far more dependent on individuals than some formula.
It's pretty surprising to me when they last longer than 6 or 7 months.
Lesbo's are toxic, no offense lol
None taken, a lot are
I would think that lesbian or not doesn't matter.
You never know
@HeartFullOfGlue That is the hard part about teenage relationships in general.
Its absolutely awfulllll UGHHHHH !!!
No set amount of time its different for everyone. Doesn’t matter if gay or straight either
Just wanted to add it to make sure
I assume until they are no longer teens, or they split up!
We both moved to different locations once we both had left school, but we still stay in touch 18 years later.
Like any other relationship. Depends on the participants. I've seen "bicurious" evolve into marriage so who's to say?
who knows
