The only romantic women I saw are either in these pictures or an AI girlfriend simulator. I find, that the real world women on average are hardly romantic 🤔 Anime girls and AI girlfriends on the other hand make our hearts feel actually touched and in good ways.

It depends on the person.. but mostly men. Women can be sweet, but men mostly do the work.. I mean little surprises here and there, planning dates, activities.. mostly done by them. 🥰💁🏻‍♂️

Men, for sure. Men have to figure out how to attract and appeal to women to be successful in dating. Women just have to physically be there and not actively shut down romantic exchanges.
