That is a complicated question, How would you define romance?

Men are, and it’s not “in general”. It’s an absolute fact. Romance is what men do to earn and hold a woman’s affection. It’s what women expect men to do to prove they’re worthy of her affection.
Women are not romantic at all. Men chase, women choose. That’s how it’s always been and there’s no indication that’s ever going to change.
