What does this mean about us?

He’s a guy I really like and we’re really good friends. But I feel like he’s sending me mixed signals.
I have noticed that often we share long hugs and even if not, anytime we hug he mostly rests his head on top of mine (he’s taller than me), it feels so warm and comfy; he once had a chance to kiss me on the lips but instead he just kissed me on the cheeks a couple of times. I wanna know what this means to him? And what I mean to him?

That's something only him can answer. I don't see any mixed signals to be fair. You may perceive it as mixed signals because that's not the outcome you would expect. Mixed signals is when someone says they like you but the act the opposite way. You say you guys are just really good friends.
