My ex keeps showing up at my job. Why?

My ex broke up with me in 2021. He keeps stopping by my job and talking to mutual friends. He’s keeps trying to get my attention, help me any where he can, and go out of his way to talk to me. He keeps posting stuff on social media that would get my attention. Why is he doing this if he’s the one that broke it off? What is he trying to do? Think? And feel? What is this game?

Ugh that sounds so annoying, I can see why you'd just wanna ignore him. Seems like since he broke up with you, he's kinda regretting it now or missing the attention. Guys can be dumb like that.

Some possibilities for what he's doing:

- Wants to get a reaction out of you to feel important. Like he still has some control.

- Hoping you'll realize how "nice" he's being so you'll take him back. Even though he messed up.

- Misses the relationship benefits but isn't actually willing to commit again. Wants his cake and eats it too.

- Low key wants you to be jealous seeing him try moving on fast with social posts. Immature game playing.

My advice - don't give him the time of day sis. Stay super blunt and polite, like "I'm busy working" if he tries chatting. Don't let on he's getting to you. And avoid social media stalking back - that's what he wants!

Let him know his clown games aren't working. Keep it pushin and living your best life without him. He messed up and now he gotta miss out! You deserve way better babe.
