Should I break up with my boyfriend over this?

So my boyfriend (25m) and I (22f) have been in a serious relationship for almost 3 years now and we are generally just like a normal couple with our fair share of ups and downs.

Only recently my boyfriend booked a holiday with his guy friends to Spain for a week which I wasn’t originally okay with, I had some doubts but soon came to realise I have nothing to worry about so he went and booked it. All 3 of his guy friends are single and he told me they would be going to nightclubs and staying out late and that I don’t need to worry since he obviously won’t be talking to any girls (this was the part I was slightly not okay with). He also said that I couldn’t be spam texting him the whole night and not to be nagging him.

3 days before he goes he decides to go out for a few drinks with the guys and told me he’d be spending the night with me after. When my boyfriend goes out he always has late nights and usually always gets a bag to sniff for the night. But since he promised me I assumed he’d come home and have an early night. His phone is severely broken so it nearly always dies every night too and of course it died that night.
The next morning I had no text from him and only heard from him at around 2:30pm. Turns out he had actually stayed at a friends house because he had asked him if he could help him pack, to which my boyfriend agreed. I got annoyed at him on the phone and he told me he promised his friend he would help him paint the house and to pack his bag, even though he had promised me he’d spend the night with me.
I told him how upset and unhappy I was that he spent his last weekend with his friends instead of me because he’ll be going away for the week. He kept saying he was sorry and that I’d see him for a few hours after work the day before he goes. His apologies didn’t seem very genuine but more so as a way to get me to stop giving out. He then went on to ask if I’m gonna be nagging him the entire holiday.
