What makes you angry so much?

Having my intelligence insulted gets old really fast. I feel like my intelligence gets insulted a lot, and in many aspects of life. It's just a really lame lack of critical thought.

Professionally, when my colleagues do a half-assed job with an incredulous look on their faces like they're somehow shocked that our customer is upset that our product/service sucks. Romantically, when someone says one thing, does another, and it's a big mystery why the relationship sucks. Politically, when we have groups of people doubling down constantly on the dumbest shit imaginable, and then have the nerve to be shocked when what happens is exactly WTF people told them would happen

The list could go on forever. Everybody's constantly doing the most braindead, emotional impulse-driven stuff, and then they're surprised that their actions cause certain consequences.

Very very little , if you are angry the problem is directly with you , not with other , use common sense , understand Karma , remain calm and logical , nothing should make you incredibly angry , thats just extremely stupid and will shorten your own life.

All anger comes from a place of hurt. The feeling of hurt from seeing injustice, the feeling of betrayal hurting, the feeling of wanting to defend yourself from that hurt.

Once I realized that’s the source of any anger I felt, I ended up just feeling sad more than anything. These days, plenty of things that make me angry also make me sad. Seeing men dehumanizing women without realizing that’s what they’re doing, seeing narcissists so deeply inside their own head they can’t understand why they’re hated, seeing the injustices of war, all these things make me angry and sad to see.

Rarely get angry, but if it involves oppression, inequity, closed mindedness, judgmental, thinking “direct”/very strong views is justifiable when it’s actually plainly rude, insincerity/liars, sexism, homophobic, and such does gets to me.
