Have you ever questioned weather or not you were doing the chasing in a relationship?

Many of you know me, I've been married for almost 10 years, and together with my wife for almost 12. Upon reflection of our relationship and how we met, i feel like she did more chasing than i did. For example, we met at a shinedown concert. We were randomly seated next to each other. After the concert weather struck and we walked out to several inches of snow on the ground. She had a 4 and a half our drive that night, and good guy me did not feel comfortable with her driving that far and risking her life. I told her that i would be happy to let her stay with me, and i would take the couch. Nothing happened beyond that. I made breakfast the next morning and we had a movie day. My cat loved her, Treated her like he owned here lol. We met on a Saturday, and she felt comfortable driving home Monday morning. We exchanged numbers so i could get a text from her telling me that she was safe. When she got home she called me, talked to me, then her mother got on the line to thank me for "Keeping her baby safe". I told her it was my pleasure.

I did not expect anything further. But she starts texting me frequently, and two weeks later she tells me "Im coming to see you, you have no choice".. that threw me for a loop. I was not offended by any stretch of the term, but i was also confused. Here is this young girl (i was 29 she was 20) not asking me, not suggesting anything, but outright informing me that she was coming by. We hung out, went on a date, talked, slept together this time (No sex), and she asked me point blank "Do you like me". I responded with "Of Course i do".

A week later i went into the hospital with my wisdom teeth. They nearly killed me. My wife visited me a lot in the hospital including while i was having surgery and in the ICU. She traveled 4 hours multiple days to see me. When my mom showed up trying to steal my car, she prevented it.

Based on her behavior i feel like my wife did more chasing than i did. Guys have you ever experienced where she chases?

I did most of the chasing with my husband when we met here on gag 2016…had no intention of meeting someone here to date。I had met 3-4 other gaggers in person before.
so we hung out in a diff. state and stayed in the same hotel room in two separate beds … all was well… then said I would go to his state for a 3 day weekend…I was on summer break and he has a guest room.
I got there on a Friday, he picked me up from the airport. We went to dinner. Went to his place…went to bed…next morning he said to go to the gym… okay at 7am… but he took a detour and took me to a water fall down by his house in the middle of the city…really cool right? Well… I was a gymnast HS and was still very flexible so I did a jump off the waterfall railing, landed on a sharped stone and broke my foot into pieces… well the rest is history…hospital, 2 surgeries…he stuck take care of me and washing my underwear before we even got to know each other… and I still have no idea what his house look like or what his city look like…I was in a wheel chair, he had to take me to the doctors… long story… eventually … we are now happily married …

On our last anniversary I got us special tickets to one of his shows, they allowed us to attend a meet and greet, where we actually got to tell Brent Smith that his concert was the reason we met and how important his music was to us.
