How can I ask a woman (work colleague) to go out with me without seeming that it’s a date or that I’m romantically interested in her?

When I joined the company I’m working for now, I met her in a team building. She was really nice and she really helped me settle in when other people didn’t pay any attention to me. We don’t work in the same building so we see each other rarely, but whenever we see each other, I feel some connection.
I’m not interested in her romantically and she doesn’t seem to be either, but I would say we really clicked as human beings.
I found a better job opportunity and I’m about to resign now. I wouldn’t go out with other colleagues, but I would like to keep in touch with her. I don’t want to make it seem creepy because I just want to go out with her and have a chat again because we humans are chronically online and we talk in person less and less.
We are the same age so that’s why it could seem inappropriate
