People have a lot of very wrong ideas about the 60s, mostly because of all the 60s pictures, videos and documentaries. But people tend to document the exceptions not the rule. If anyone thinks there were hippies everywhere in the 60s, they'd be wrong. They were a very small minority even among youth.
