I love showing my affection through cuddling and kissing to him when we go to bed or when we wake up in the morning. He also enjoys it too, but he has told me he gets very turned on by it because of my voice and the affections. I had told him I only cuddle and kiss him to show affection but to not lead into anything sexual, and he understands but he seems like he cannot help himself but feel very turned on by these things. I am happy he feels this way but I also get sad and disappointed because I am not in the mood with him, I have a smaller libido, he has a higher one and he understands and respects my decision to say no to sex.

I just never met a guy before who can get turned on so easily by hugs, kisses and my voice. His the first one I've met that gets very turned on. Is anyone elses boyfriends like this?

Yes, I would get turned on... It would not be the lady's fault, of course, she is not responsible for my reactions despite her kissing and hugging me. It's my body which goes into overdrive.

In my previous relationship things were far more complicated than it sounds to be the case in your relationship... but near constant rejections will have a detrimental impact on the relationship, will eventually cause conflict... and thus can lead to a break up.

You are very spot on! My boyfriend is very sensitive to rejections. I meet him after way always and initiate from time to time (sex that is). Usually he can do it 3 times a day and then again the next day. I find it exhausting, 3 times a week is enough for me one time. I also thought the same thing. 3 times a week is very average. Im usually up for it but he likes having it multiple times a day almost everyday. Although I had warned him after knowing this information if he isn't happy with the amount of times I am good for he should fine someone else who can do meet his needs. Generally speaking, most young men will be turned on sexually by their partner in those situations. I suspect if you consider it, you wouldn't be happy any other way about it.
