Name their daughters after an ex or a girl from their past? Do many guys actually do this? I heard it's not uncommon. Don't they find it disrespectful to the woman who just went into a long and painful labor to deliver their baby? I think that has got to be the worst thing you can do to a woman 😂 even worse than cheating.

I don't see that weird at all, now maybe so if a recent Ex and with your new girlfriend you named your daughter after that ex before your girlfriend lol

I wondered about this sometimes but that would be pretty awkward if you ever ran into the girl somewhere. Cindy this is our daughter Cindy... Or worse, what if her name was really unique. Scheherazade this is our daughter Scheherazade... Mommy! Why does that lady have my name! All sorts of beans would be spilled that night.

it depends on why they chose that name. Maybe their ex had a really nice name, and they want to name their daughter that.

Nothing is more important to a woman than her children. So to have a man name a daughter you love and brought into this world after some random woman from his past, just shows that the man doesn't love nor appreciate you or even respect you as a mother

I named mine after Madeline Kahn, Maddie Pryor, and Madeline Albright. I wouldn't name a child without agreement from my partner.
