What could happen legally if I left my 17 yr old home a week and she had a party?

If she had friends over and they drink or smoke pot? If one got in trouble or hurt after. Am I liable if I'm not there for a week

Depends what country/state you're in. Many forbid pot... In the states the alcohol is also forbidden... And leaving a pile of teens unsupervised for a week is considered parental neglect even though only one of those kids is yours.

If 911 is called, someone could end up getting child services involved and some parent (s) getting in trouble or the youths involved partying going to jail if they are age 13 and older.

Most places in America the home owner would be at fault. If someone drinks and drives and kills someone you could be held liable

I'd recommend her not having anyone 18 and up over, because all it takes is someone calling 911 and cops investigating statutory rape charges, and they'll find anything else.

Exceptions are made for emergencies I believe

Only with certain things. If someone's raped, seriously injured or killed, then exceptions aren't likely.
