Will I get in trouble for leaving my aunt at home to go to my appointments?

Sey im asking about my aunt again. Sorry, im just desperate for answers. She has trouble walking due to chronic alcohol consumption. At least that's what the doctor said. She even had a lot of alcohol in her system when they tested her. My problem is i have several appointments coming up. Tomorrow I have a therapy appointment, and a medication management appointment. About an hour each. On the 4th I have a dentist appointment. Then I have to go get bloodwork done. On the 9th I have to see my doctor discussing my bloodwork. Im afraid to leave my aunt alone. She doesn't want to hire someone to watch her, even though her insurance would cover it. I tell her i feel guilty leaving her alone, and she tells me not to, but i do. At my therapy appointment, and medication management appointment, im definitely going to talk about what's going on with my aunt. Im afraid they'll ask me if anyone is watching her while Im at my appointment. I'll have to be honest, and say no. Then im afraid ill get charged with elderly neglect or something.
