What would you do in this situation. Am I legally obligated to take care of my aunt?

She's 68. She moved in with me 6 months ago. She was living in a small travel trailer. She was very sick mentally, and had trouble walking. She has for the past 2 years. She's fallen 4 times since she moved in. Its gotten worse over the past couple of days. Yesterday I was out doing some errands, and she called me saying she couldn't stand up to get out of her car. I had to come home and lift her up, and help her to her bedroom. She later couldn't get off the toilet, so she crawled to her bed, and I had to lift her onto it. She was afraid she couldn't get to the bathroom over night, so my mom came and stayed the night. She ended up doing it on her own, but she can barely even walk with the walker we got her today. She doesn't have a doctor but just a guy who prescribes her pain pills which she's addicted to. She's very hesitant to go to the doctor. My mom and I mentioned her going to a home so she can be taken care of, because im incredibly overwhelmed, and under equipped, but she refuses to do that. Obviously im gonna have to take care of her until something happens, but I don't know how long I can do it.
