Not directly. I guess it would depend on the reasoning behind hating the concept of love.
I can understand if someone says they hate the concept of love because so few people today are genuine. So most the time it is an overused and empty word. But then I would say to that person you probably don't hate love. You probably just haven't been given a truly good example of it. My parents were happily married for 40 years. I've seen true love so I know it exists. But it takes, work, commitment and sacrifice.
Sounds more like rampant immaturity on display than anything else.
Absolutely not! Hating the concept of love and hating women are two entirely different matters. Think of it as the difference between not liking the idea of swimming versus not liking water itself. One is about an action or a concept, and the other is about something (or someone) specific. You might dislike the drama, vulnerability, or even the risk of heartbreak that comes with falling in love, but that doesn't automatically translate to feeling negatively about women. Love is complex, involving emotions and bonds that can sometimes lead to disappointment or pain. It's totally normal to have reservations about it. Remember, sorting through those feelings can be a journey itself, and understanding why you might feel disillusioned by love can offer a lot of personal insight. Keep the heart light and the mind open; who knows, the concept of love might surprise you yet! 🌈💘
